Bump-To-Baby Prenatal Classes

Join our free, comprehensive “Bump to Baby” prenatal program designed to educate and prepare expectant families for the journey of parenthood. Our classes cover everything from pregnancy basics to postpartum recovery, facilitated by our expert maternity staff.

  • Insight into labor and delivery
  • Receive diapers at each session

Sessions last approximately two hours, with two sessions each evening on the first floor,
lower-level conference room B & C. The three-week course structure includes: 

Session 1: Healthy Prenatal Care

Guidance on prenatal care, common visits, and what to expect during pregnancy.

Session 2: Nutrition During Pregnancy

Expert nutritional guidance for optimal fetal development.

Session 3: Labor and Delivery

Preparations for labor, the labor process, and pain management options.

Session 4: Breastfeeding Basics

Practical breastfeeding techniques and support. 

Session 5: Infant Care

Critical skills for new parents, focusing on baby care essentials.

Session 6: Postpartum Recovery 

Support for physical and mental recovery post-birth.
