Welcome to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, a 190-bed, non-profit medical facility, where we serve the growing population of central Kansas. Following are frequently asked questions regarding our state-of-the-art medical center. 

We’re located at 1701 E. 23rd Ave. Hutchinson, KS 67502. The main entrance is on the south east side.

To locate a patient, simply call patient access at 620-665-2129 and give the operator the patient’s full name.

Once you arrive at HRMC, stop by admissions or ask any of our employees for directions to a specific department.

Yes. The gift shop has a variety of items that make perfect gifts – cards, balloons, flowers, stuffed animals and much more. Simply call the gift shop at 620-665-2079, order the item and pay using a credit card. The Gift Shop will see to it that your gift is hand delivered to the patient staying with us.

Yes. The ATM machine is on the first floor, next to our cafeteria.

No. Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System is a “smoke-free” institution. There is no smoking permitted in any room or area within 50 feet of the HRMC campus.

Yes. We have open Wi-Fi in every building on our campus.

Hutchinson Regional Medical Center offers financial assistance through its Financial Assistance Policy to patients unable to pay for emergency and medically necessary care. For more information, visit our Financial Assistance Policy page.

Yes, the Chapel, located on the 2nd floor, is open at all times for personal prayer and reflection.
