In addition, our Primary Care team has expanded services to include Addiction Medicine with Luke Rosebraugh, MD. Patients can access confidential, personalized treatment for substance use, dependence, and long-term recovery, delivered with dignity and understanding. By offering these services within primary care, patients can receive more connected support for their physical health, treatment goals, and long-term well-being.
Our providers strive to build lasting relationships and provide a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient. They help patients manage ongoing health needs, address new concerns, and connect with additional services when specialized support is needed.
Dr. Luke Rosebraugh provides respectful, personalized support for those seeking help with addiction. Working alongside the Primary Care team, he will help patients explore treatment options, manage recovery, and take meaningful steps toward lasting wellness.
