Hutchinson Hematology and Oncology provides aggressive treatment for many forms of cancer through coordination of surgery and medical intervention, including inpatient and outpatient chemotherapy, symptom management, and other medical interventions.
“Oncology” refers to the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, such as those of the lung, breast, colon, testicular, and melanomas. “Hematology” refers to blood disorders, both non-cancerous (such as iron deficiencies and anemia) and cancerous (such as leukemia and lymphoma).
