Supports students pursuing a nursing degree with a commitment to serving in rural healthcare. This tuition-based scholarship helps reduce financial barriers while encouraging graduates to begin their careers at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center and care for patients close to home.
Jeannine Rayl was a dedicated nurse for many decades at Hospice and HomeCare of Reno County. She devoted her career to serving people and ensuring they received the best care during their final days. After her passing, her family established a fund in her honor with the goal of helping the next generation pursue a career Jeannine loved dearly. This scholarship is available to any student attending an accredited nursing program in the state of Kansas with the intent to go into hospice care.
Designed for students interested in essential healthcare roles such as radiology, lab services, and therapy. This tuition-based scholarship helps strengthen critical care teams to advance their education and serve patients in specialized support roles throughout the community.

Once a completed application is received, we will verify your GPA, contact references, and applicable instructors.
All qualified applicants will be notified by our Talent Advisor and scheduled for an interview with Healthcare Leadership.
Funds will be paid to your enrolled college administration office.
