Concerns and/or Complaints
Every patient has the right to complain, and Hutchinson Regional Medical Center has a formal system to handle complaints. You can call 620-513-3866 for a hospital representative, or call our compliance hotline at 1-855-998-9907. Please allow us the opportunity to resolve your complaint.
If you believe your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction you may call the Kansas Department of Health and Environment at 1-800-842-0078, or the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring at 1-800-994-6610.
The cafeteria is located on the lower level. It is open from 6:15 a.m.-3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Hot meals are served in the cafeteria from:
6:15 a.m. - 8:15 a.m., 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m.-7:00p.m.

For those interested in reading, books are available for free. Ask your nurse for more information.
Wireless Internet Access
WIFI is available as a courtesy to our patients and visitors. This service is easy, does not require any hospital staff intervention and is provided free of charge.
Hutchinson Regional has notary services available during normal business hours. Please call 620-665-2074 for assistance.
ATMs are located by the cafeteria (lower level) and emergency department (main level).
Vending Machine Area
Soft drinks and various food items are available 24 hours a day in the vending area outside the cafeteria.
Patient families and community members are welcome to access the resources of the medical library during normal operating hours. The library is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
