Feel Secure with Same Day Service
When looking for mental health services, you want the security of knowing you can quickly and consistently receive care. Our walk-in (no appointment required) Access to Care department connects you with support until services are initiated.
What to Expect
When you arrive, you will speak with a customer service provider. That person becomes your single point of contact until you meet with a qualified mental health professional.
What to Bring
- Insurance card. If uninsured, bring proof of income (i.e. disability, paycheck stubs, vision card, food stamps, SSI).
- Medication list
- Admissions paperwork (can also be completed in-office)
- Guardianship paperwork (if applicable)
What to Expect
Access to Care will see you in-person, with no appointment necessary. We use a triage system, which places priority on crisis situations.
Intake and time with a therapist can take one to two hours.
Follow-up appointments are scheduled and we will provide walk-in medication evaluation times if medication services are requested.
