Horizons Mental Health Center in the Community

At Horizons, we strive to create a community that is understanding and supportive of those with emotional, social, and physical disabilities.

Our Prevention and Education Outreach Program provides services to children, adolescents, educators, adults, parents/guardians, business leaders, law enforcement officers, faith community members, and medical professionals.

Horizons provides educational presentations and workshops on a variety of topics including:

  • Crisis intervention
  • Stress & anxiety
  • Suicide prevention
  • Medications & mental health
  • Depression
  • Child and adolescent issues
  • Well-being
  • Issues involving abuse
  • Grief and loss
