Mobile Crisis Team: Support When and Where You Need It

Crisis can look different for everyone, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Our Mobile Crisis Team meets folks at school, home, or in the community to provide judgement-free and trauma-informed care when you need it.

Need support now? Call our crisis line and ask for Mobile Crisis: 1-800-794-0163

What is Mobile Crisis?

Our Mobile Crisis Team is a 24/7 rapid response unit made up of trained case managers and peer support specialists. We respond to calls across five counties (including Reno, Pratt, Kingman, Barber, and Harper counties) and provide personalized, client-centered support for all ages and identities.

“If you’re not sure whether it ‘counts’ as a crisis, that’s okay. Call us anyway. If it matters to you, it matters to us.”

How We Help

We’re committed to providing support through the least restrictive means possible, and always with your safety and autonomy in mind.

24/7 Coverage

Our team is on call 24/7, 365 to provide crisis support services in-person or on the phone.

Mobile Response

If safe and appropriate, a Mobile Crisis Team member will come to you at home, school, or another location to provide care. Telehealth crisis screenings are also available.

School-Based Support

We work closely with school staff and local agencies to provide youth-centered crisis care for emotional regulation.

Crisis Assessments & Safety Planning

Trained crisis responders ask safety-focused questions and help you build a safety plan that prioritizes mental and emotional well-being.

Connection to Ongoing Care

We’ll help you access the right follow-up services, like therapy, housing and food support, peer services, case management, and more.

No Barriers to Care

Response times may vary by location and weather, but we’ll always find a way to connect, either on the phone or in person.
