Our outpatient therapy groups are safe spaces to share experiences, receive education, and gain support as you navigate the ins and outs of your mental health journey.
Covering a wide range of topics, we regularly update our groups according to client needs and accessibility–because everyone should experience the healing power of knowing you’re not in it alone.

This group guides members through skills training to navigate life’s changes and challenges more confidently. Group members learn skills like effective communication, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness, leading to positively impacted relationships and self-perception.
A combination of class and group therapy, the focus of this group is to learn and apply the principles of healthy communication, self-control, and coping skills. Support from peers plays a crucial role in our shared success.
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, this group helps participants manage anger through relaxation, cognitive strategies, communication skills, and combined techniques. It focuses on improving emotional wellness, challenging negative thoughts, and enhancing conflict resolution skills.
For those with a history of sexually compulsive behaviors, this group focuses on recovery from pornography addiction and/or sexual addiction with a focus on healthy sexuality, healthy relationships, reducing toxic shame, and reducing emotional dysregulation. This group references the framework of Patrick Carne’s 30 task approach, Brené Brown’s work, and more.
Reserved for those in a SUD treatment program, this group helps participants identify triggers and learn to practice healthy coping skills. This group employs a Living in Balance curriculum.
Providing education around self care, communication, and family dynamics, this group will provide insights to encourage problem solving and development of the caregiver’s ability to ask for the help they need to stay physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually healthy as they provide support to their care receiver.
This group is all about learning to build the necessary skills to become an independent, healthy adult in the world. While practicing coping skills to help manage stressors, participants gain support from others that help them to feel less alone in their experiences.
This group focuses on providing participants with education surrounding: mental health changes that occur during pregnancy, self-advocacy skills, identifying and facilitating healthy relationships with supports, and creating a plan to feel confident in what your body and mind can do during pregnancy and labor. Pregnancy confirmation must be received by a doctor before joining.
With a focus on helping new moms identify and overcome postpartum challenges, this 12-week group offers clients support navigating mood changes, risk factors in anxiety, depression, and psychosis, changing relationships, healthy boundaries, self care, and confidence in caring for infants.
A combination of class and group therapy, this group’s focus is on learning and implementing healthy coping skills, communication, and conflict resolution for improved self-control and anger management. Members have the opportunity to provide and receive support from peers.
We focus on a wide variety of topics, such as coping skills for anxiety and depression, positive self-talk, increasing self-esteem, healthy boundaries, navigating relationship difficulties, overall health and wellness, etc. Our group facilitates this through crafts, games, discussion, and hands-on activities
With the opportunity to develop social skills, coping skills, and personal relationships through age-appropriate activities, the goal of this group is to improve self-regulation. This is accomplished through experiential stories, small group work, role play, games, activities, and regular practice.

This is a psychosocial rehabilitation group focusing on building social skills for children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis. Participants engage in weekly activities and games to practice building interpersonal relationships. Lessons are designed around the QUEST Program Social Skills Curriculum with the goal of establishing and maintaining positive connections with others through role play, games, activities, and regular practice.
