Stephanie is a board certified Physician Assistant who has been working alongside Dr. Severud since 2011. She has degrees from Fort Hays State in Biology and Colby Community College in Physical Therapy Studies. She worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant for 5 years at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. Stephanie found medicine to be very intriguing and decided to go back to school to further her education at Wichita State University. She graduated with honors in 2004 with her degree as a Physician Assistant. She worked for 7 years in Family Medicine at The Medical Center before changing her focus to Orthopedics.

Stephanie was born and raised in Hays, KS. She is married and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys golf, attending KU basketball games and loves going to concerts in her free time. Stephanie is active in her community and was named Reno County Big Sister of the Year in 2011.
