Perfect chili cheese dip for a warm night indoors, or a party snack!
- 1 package of softened cream cheese
- 1 can (15 oz.) chili
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro (optional)
Spread cream cheese onto bottom of microwaveable pie plate, top with chili and cheddar cheese. Microwave on high 45-60 seconds, or until cheddar cheese is melted, sprinkle with cilantro (optional). Best served with crackers.
