Reno County Vaccine Distribution Update – Clinic Scheduled For Friday, February 5

Reno County remains in Phase 2 and is currently vaccinating ages 65 and over and those from Phase 1 who have not yet received the vaccine. The vaccination clinic on Friday, January 29 administered 690 doses.

Another clinic is scheduled for this Friday, February 5, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hutchinson Sports Arena. The Health Department hopes to administer 800 doses of the Moderna vaccine. They are currently working to identify the next vaccination group and will soon begin calling to schedule appointments. Nearly 6,000 individuals have pre-registered for Phase 2a as of Tuesday morning. If you have already pre-registered for the vaccine, there is no need to register again. Please note the vaccination site will NOT be accepting walk-ins.
