Inpatient Dietitian Services

During a hospital stay, our dietitians work closely with physicians, nurses and other care team members of your care team to access your nutritional needs and provide recommendations based on your health, diagnosis and treatment plan.

Nutrition Support May Include:

Nutrition assessment and monitoring
Malnutrition identification and intervention
Personalized nutrition recommendations
Medical Nutrition Therapy
Management of specialized diets and nutritional needs
Nutrition support, including tube feeding when needed
Education for patients and families
Nutrition planning to support a safe transition home

Outpatient Dietitian Services

Nutrition needs can change over time, especially when managing a health condition. Our Registered Dietitians provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and personalized nutrition education for adults 18 and older, offering practical guidance to support your health and well-being.

Nutrition Counseling May Include:

Diabetes and pre-diabetes
High blood pressure and high cholesterol
Chronic kidney disease and heart failure
Digestive disorders
Tube feeding management
Malnutrition and cancer
Weight management
General health and wellness concerns

What to Expect During
Your
Outpatient Visit

A Registered Dietitian will review your health history, discuss current eating habits and concerns, and work with you to develop practical nutrition recommendations that fit your lifestyle. Follow-up visits may be recommended to review progress, answer questions and adjust your plan as your needs change.
