Every housing allowance represents more than a new address. It represents growth in our community and the opportunity for a healthcare professional to establish roots, strengthen local care, and invest in the future of Reno County.
The Housing Allowance Program supports Hutchinson Regional’s recruitment and retention efforts by helping healthcare professionals establish lasting roots in Reno County. Each award is an investment in the people who care for our patients, the future of our organization and the well-being of the broader community.
This program helps eligible physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) purchase a home in Reno County. By providing housing assistance to newly recruited providers, the program helps them put down roots where they work and build lasting connections to Hutchinson Regional and the broader community.
Through the generosity of a donor, the Foundation is able to provide housing assistance directly to eligible team members purchasing their first home in Reno County. Award amounts vary by recipient, helping make homeownership more attainable and encouraging team members to build their futures locally.
