Visitation Policy
COVID-19 reached a critical level in Reno County in November and December of 2020, and since then has started to slowly taper down. COVID-19 still poses a significant risk to Reno county, according to a group of local medical professionals.
Our goal at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center is to provide the safest space possible for patients to receive care, and for employees to be able to work. We review the current impact on COVID-19 on the facility and community daily, and we will make changes to visitation based upon that review.
Based on the current COVID-19 numbers in the community, and at the hospital we will be expanding visitation hours starting Monday 2-1-2021. The new visitation hours will be 6:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Saturday and Sunday.
