The American Heart Association awarded HRMC the Mission: Lifeline STEMI Receiving Center Gold award for implementation of quality treatment, care coordination for heart attack patients.
HRMC has been recognized by the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association for our accomplishment in the Get with The Guidelines quality program.
The American Heart Association named Reno County EMS, recipient of the Lifeline EMS Gold Award for implementing quality improvement measures for care and treatment of heart attack patients.
Hutchinson Regional Medical Center is adjusting its masking policy effective February 15, 2023 to no longer require visitors and staff to wear masks when entering the facility. The decision comes as COVID-19 hospitalizations and cases continue to trend downward in Reno County.
Hutchinson Regional Medical Center today announced it will adjust staffing levels and reduce workforce as a direct result of the healthcare landscape being profoundly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, increasing supply costs, lower health insurance reimbursement rates and decreased patient volumes compared to pre-pandemic days.
Ken Johnson, the president and chief executive officer of Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System has resigned after seven years in the role. Prior to serving as the CEO, Johnson served as the chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Hutchinson Regional Medical Center.
