Chief Financial Officer
Duane Miller is responsible for all day-to-day financial operations of the Healthcare System including: management information systems, financial services, materials management, business office, human resources, medical records, reimbursement reporting, and decision support. Duane most recently served as the Market Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer with CHI St. Luke’s Health in Lufkin, Texas. He was selected by “Coach-A-Kid” while serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Integris Health System by the Foundation for Excellence in youth mentoring. Duane has served in a variety of financial leadership roles supporting rural healthcare and commerce during his nearly 40-year tenure. Mr. Miller received his Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Management from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan and his Master of Business Administration from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and advanced member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Duane enjoys spending time with family (particularly Grandchildren) and friends.
