Observing/Shadowing Students

Our Observation/Shadowing experience is for students interested in healthcare opportunities who are currently enrolled in an accredited academic institution at a level of senior high school or college. 

Please complete our online orientation by following the steps outlined below. 

1. Read the Corporate Compliance Program Overview.
2. Read the Instructions for Completion of Paperwork.
3. Read the Key Safety Packet.
4. Read the Observation Information Form.
5. Print the Observation Request Form, complete, sign, and return it to the Education Department at Hutchinson Regional.
6. Print the Observation Signature Form, sign, and return it to the Education Department at Hutchinson Regional.
7. Print the Observation Health Record Verification Form, complete, sign, and return it to the Education Department at Hutchinson Regional.
